Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
AI Catlyst Ltd (“AI Catlyst”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, for the Australian businesses we serve, the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms. When you use our contact form or the “Talk to Our Experts” form, we collect your name, email address, the solutions you’re interested in, and any message you send us.
- Event RSVPs. If you register for an AI Catlyst event, your RSVP is submitted through a form hosted by Zoho, a third-party form provider, which collects your name, email, company, and phone number on our behalf. That submission is also governed by Zoho’s own privacy practices.
- Automatically collected information. When you visit our site, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel automatically collect technical information such as your general, IP-derived location, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website, to help us understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the information, strategy sessions, or solutions you request.
- To coordinate your attendance at events you register for.
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including on Meta and Google.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
- To communicate with you about AI Catlyst where you’ve asked us to, or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site uses the following tracking technologies, which load automatically when you visit:
- Google Analytics: standard web analytics, measuring site traffic and usage patterns.
- Meta Pixel: measures the performance of our advertising and helps us show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
You can limit this tracking through your browser’s cookie settings, Google’s Ads Settings, Meta’s ad preferences, or a browser extension that blocks trackers.
4. Third parties we share information with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service:
- Google (Analytics)
- Meta (advertising measurement)
- EmailJS (delivers messages submitted through our contact and enquiry forms)
- Zoho (hosts the RSVP forms for our events)
- Vercel and Namecheap (our website hosting providers)
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Some of the service providers listed above, including Google and Meta, store and process information on servers located outside New Zealand and Australia, including in the United States. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.
8. Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aicsupport1@aicatlyst.com.
9. Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for business audiences and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
11. Contact us
